Yard House absolutely deserves five stars! The atmosphere was vibrant, and the service was impeccable. We started with the Blackened Ahi Sashimi and the Sweet Potato Fries as appetizers—both were fresh, flavorful, and amazing. For our main dish, we shared a burger cooked medium-rare, and it was on point—perfectly cooked. We also had Truffle Fries, which were out of this world—crispy and rich. Although we didn’t get any beers this time, the beer selection was still impressive. I can’t recommend this place enough; I’ll be back again and again!

Every time I come here, I have to order the Yardys—they’re seriously one of my favorite beers to kick back with. Pair that with their edamame, and it’s the perfect start to any meal. The vibe is always lively, whether you’re catching a game, meeting up with friends, or just grabbing a casual bite. The menu has a ton of options, but I keep coming back for those staples because they’re consistently on point. Service has always been solid too—friendly, attentive, and quick. Sorry it's taken so long but we went 06/20 @Oxnard location for drinks and appetizers and our server Natalie was just awesome. Super friendly and was one step ahead of us in knowing what we wanted to needed. She made our visit much more enjoyable!
Excellent food. Mady was our dining assistant. Really good. I had heard about the salmon so I went with the salmon salad. Very different in a good way. Extremely tasty Tacos are a great choice
Food was delicious. We stopped in for a late night snack after a concert. The food was as fresh as if it was earlier in the day. No late night throwing it together. One of our chicken wings came out with no meat, but they fixed it immediately and were apologetic. Those wings are so good. Nice and thick with a tasty breading. The tuna nachos were just as delicious as always. They were nice and filled, not lacking at all. We also ordered the sliders which were delicious. Not to mention the onion rings. Our water and iced tea refills did take a long time for a refill to come back. I think they have to get them refilled from the bar. That should change as with my health issues it makes it difficult to wait. Or warn customers so that they can reorder a refill while they are halfway through their drinks. It was not a deal breaker as the service and good were excellent. Erick our waiter was kind and attentive. Bathrooms not the cleanest, but that's not unusual. We love to recognize late night clean bathrooms. Again with health issues it is often a concern. The booth we sat in needed to be reopholstered. Not healthy due to cleaning limitations. It was ripped pretty good. These need to be replaced. I world deduct a star, but the food was just too good to deduct. Definitely a great experience and we will be back. Location felt safe. Many younger college age kids, mostly boys, but all seemed to keep to their own and respectable. The music playing was fantastic and added to the pleasant experience.
Our family’s favorite. The happy hour specials are literally unbeatable across the industry. Not to mention that service is always great, very adjustable towards the kids, and there’s just a certain sort of cool industrial vibe in the restaurant. Drinks are good as well and a great place for essentially all ages. You cannot be seven dollar plates and five dollar drinks.
I recently stopped by Yard House and had the jambalaya along with a Shirley Temple. The service was great from start to finish, and the staff made sure I was taken care of throughout my visit. As someone who enjoys bold flavors, I would have liked the jambalaya to be a little more seasoned, but it was still a good meal and probably fits the tastes of the area well. What really stood out was my Shirley Temple it was mixed perfectly and tasted great. Overall, I had a positive experience. Good service, a comfortable atmosphere, and a solid meal.
Came to watch the World Cup. Terrific big screens everywhere. Hit the Happy Hour. Even had food 1/2 price. Delicious thin crust pizza & chicken wraps. Maria, our server was exceptional.
Have been hearing about the happy hour menu here. 1/2 price on some apps and pizza? I had to try it. Decided to pop in right at 3 and got seated immediately. As we sat the place absolutely filled up. Our server Jaylen A. Was phenomenal. The food came out fast and was delicious. The portions were a great deal. I didn't get any pictures because we devoured them as soon as they hit the table.Will definitely be going back.
Very good food, the steak was perfect. And my chicken sandwich with truffle fries was to die for. A little slow on the service, but not bad for Thanksgiving day. I enjoyed the atmosphere.It was just very good, dog friendly.
